PERCEL is an owner-led investment and development company. It grew out of a shared entrepreneurial journey—with a business of our own, clients, projects, employees, difficult decisions and people who shared responsibility and opened up new perspectives.
More than twenty years of entrepreneurial work have shaped our perspective. Family, mentors, long-standing companions and business partners have shaped that path just as much as the daily responsibility towards employees and clients.
For us, ownership positions are not abstract and companies are not columns of figures. Every development is driven by people who have built something, take responsibility and deserve trust.
Today, we commit our own capital, experience and time to selected businesses and projects. This changes the standard: we are not deciding for an anonymous fund, but personally stand behind the consequences of our decisions.
