This website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Edmund-von-Lippmann-Straße 13–15, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary log data. This may include the IP address, time of access, requested address, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system.
The processing serves to provide the website securely, reliably and without technical errors and to identify and defend against technical faults and attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of this website. According to Alfahosting, the IP address is anonymised after 24 hours by removing the final octet. Log data is deleted after no more than seven days. Alfahosting processes the data on the basis of a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. According to the provider, the servers are located in Germany.
If you contact us through the form, by email or by telephone, we process the information you provide to assess and respond to your enquiry and to deal with possible follow-up questions. The form requires your name, email address, message and confirmation that you have read this privacy notice. Information about your company or organisation and the context of your enquiry is voluntary. Please do not send special categories of personal data or confidential documents with your initial enquiry.
The form transmits the information securely to our web server hosted by Alfahosting and forwards it to PERCEL by email. The form content is not permanently stored in a website database. However, the message is stored in our business email system and, where applicable, in its backups.
Where your enquiry concerns steps prior to entering into or performing a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in appropriate business communication. The information is deleted once the enquiry has been completed, unless statutory retention duties, the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or other legitimate interests require continued storage.
When the contact form is submitted, the technically necessary session identifier “percel_contact” is set. It is used solely to limit abusive repeated submissions within a short period and is deleted when the browser is closed. It is not used for analytics, profiling or marketing. Its storage is necessary to provide the form function expressly requested by the user and is permitted under section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; the related processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in protecting the form against misuse.
This website uses no analytics, marketing, social-media or tracking services and does not load fonts, maps, videos or images from external platforms. No cookies requiring consent are set during a normal website visit. Links to external websites transfer data only when you follow them. No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, takes place.
Personal data is received only by internally responsible persons and technically necessary service providers, in particular Alfahosting and the IT service providers used to operate and transmit the business email system. No data is transferred to recipients outside the European Union or the European Economic Area in connection with this website, unless this is necessary in an individual case to handle an enquiry initiated by you and the statutory requirements are met.
This website is transmitted using HTTPS encryption. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
Subject to the applicable statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise your rights, it is sufficient to send a message to kontakt@percel.de.
Where we process personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to that processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation in accordance with Article 21 GDPR.
